Shipping Information
We ship our premium footwear worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia). Here’s what you can expect:
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Options
- Standard Shipping ($12.95) via DHL or FedEx – Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping on orders over $50 via EMS – Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
Tracking information will be sent to your email once your order ships. For international orders, please note that customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Our return policy is designed with the aloha spirit – we want you to be completely satisfied with your island-inspired footwear.
Important Island Note
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on slippers that show signs of wear. All other footwear (boots, sandals, shoes) must be in resalable condition.
Return Requirements
- Items must be unworn and in original condition
- Original packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
Easy Returns Process
- Request Authorization: Email our customer care ‘ohana at [email protected] with your order number and return request within 15 days of delivery.
- Pack Securely: Once approved, pack your items in the original box with all tags attached.
- Ship Back: Send the package to our returns center at: OluKai Shop Returns

Refund Information
Once your return is approved:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchanges
Prefer a different size or style? We’re happy to help:
- Follow the same return process above
- Include a note specifying your desired exchange item
- We’ll ship your new item once the return is received (standard shipping rates apply for the new shipment)
For fastest service, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item separately.
International Returns
For our global ‘ohana outside the U.S.:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
- Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency fluctuations
